Mediation Pricing Structure

Serving Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas

1. Family & Divorce Mediation (Coming Soon)

Hourly Rate: $200 – $350/hour (cost split between parties)
Flat Fee Packages: $1,500 – $3,500 (3–5 sessions)
Includes:

✔️ Spousal support & alimony agreements

2. Business & Contract Mediation

Hourly Rate: $250 – $500/hour (based on complexity)
Flat Fee Packages: $2,000 – $6,000 (3–6 sessions)
Includes:
✔️ Partnership disputes
✔️ Breach of contract
✔️ Vendor & supplier negotiations

3. Workplace & Employment Mediation

Hourly Rate: $250 – $400/hour (paid by employer or split)
Flat Fee Packages: $1,500 – $4,000
Includes:
✔️ Employee conflict resolution
✔️ Wrongful termination
✔️ Harassment & discrimination mediation

4. Real Estate & Landlord–Tenant Mediation

● Hourly Rate: $200 – $350/hour

Flat Fee Packages: $1,000 – $3,000
Includes:

5. Small Claims & Civil Mediation

Hourly Rate: $150 – $300/hour
Flat Fee Packages: $750 – $2,500
Includes:
✔️ Consumer complaints
✔️ Neighbor disputes
✔️ Personal loan & service disputes

Additional Services

Corporate Retainer Fee: $2,500 – $10,000/month (for ongoing services)
Court-Ordered Mediation: Fees may follow Florida Supreme Court sliding scale
On-Site Security (if needed): Additional cost
